Pass through the door of the Royal Émeraude and Dinard’s greatest beach is yours to explore, all just a few metres away. Located at the heart of the town, the Plage de l’Écluse borders the Palais des Arts et du Festival, the heated Olympic sea-water pool, the terraces and the shops.
Its stripy blue and white tents stand out against the fine sand on sunny days. Tents, sunbeds and solid cabins can be rented for a half day, a day or a week. Tournaments and nautical activities make it an outstanding lively beach.

with 4 main beaches

The seaside resort town boasts 9 km of coastline comprising four main beaches, fully furnished and under surveillance during the festive period – the Plage de l’Ecluse, the Plage de Saint-Enogat, the Plage du Prieuré and the Plage du Port-Blanc. 
The Plage de Saint-Enogat is located in the centre of the district of the same name, the birthplace of Dinard. In summer, tents and solid cabins are offered to rent. The Plage du Prieuré is located across from the magnificent Port-Breton park. When the tide is low, its sea water swimming pool allows you to bathe without being too far away from your towel. The Plage du Port-Blanc marks the boundary with the town of Saint-Lunaire. You can enjoy numerous water sports on this beach.
